Commercial Work

As a rule, painters who primarily do residential work easily adapt to commercial work (it is easier than commercial painters adapting to residential work). In our case, being primarily residential painters, we find commercial jobs straightforward, without any problems.

Dallas is a very large painting market both with residential and commercial work. The majority of our work is residential but there are still many times we are asked to paint around law firms, physicians’ offices and other similar-type professional spaces.

Specifically, a large client of ours owns many commercial buildings with beautiful lobbies and atriums. Not only do we paint what are called the “common areas” of these buildings, we also paint for the various tenants too–commercial insurance firms, call centers and job placement companies.[/vc_message][/vc_column][/vc_row]
