Commercial
Commercial
As a rule, painters who primarily do residential work easily adapt to commercial work (it is easier than commercial painters adapting to residential work). In our case, being primarily residential painters, we find commercial jobs straightforward, without any problems.
Dallas is a very large painting market both with residential and commercial work. The majority of our work is residential but there are still many times we are asked to paint around law firms, physicians’ offices and other similar-type professional spaces.
Specifically, a large client of ours owns many commercial buildings with beautiful lobbies and atriums. Not only do we paint what are called the “common areas” of these buildings, we also paint for the various tenants too--commercial insurance firms, call centers and job placement companies.

Residential
We do about 80% of our work in residential units. The standards for residential work is generally higher than commercial work. Because of the extensive training and experience of my guys residential work is our bread and butter.

Interior
Interior
We do a great deal of interior painting, both residential and commercial; however residential, interior work is what we do the majority of the time.
We frequently paint in regular, middle-class homes around Dallas. But because we are located near downtown we also do extensive work at high-end condo towers in the very upper-end condos and penthouses. Obviously, we understand the different needs and expectations of our diverse clientele.

Exterior
Virtually all painting companies do exterior work and we are no exception. Most of the techniques for exterior painting are similar to interior work. And exterior paints and colors are similar too. The major difference is that exterior paint has added properties to protect the paint from mold and fungus which are more prevalent in an exterior environment.
